Bio

An accomplished engineer with a gift for translating technical concepts into plain English and a sharp business sense, Bill Fitzpatrick is building on the success of Loop1 Systems to execute an ambitious vision for the future. Bill co-founded Loop1 Systems, a SolarWinds Authorized Partner, in 2009. He played an integral role in building the nearly 10-year-old business into what is today, a bustling, Austin-based company counting more than 200 of the Fortune 500 as clients. In the summer of 2017, Bill assumed full ownership of Loop1 Systems and has since laser-focused on one simple goal: to bring the truth to light for each Loop1 client.

Marispy Fitzpatrick

Bio

Marispy comes from a diverse background of marketing, sales, business, and fitness, among other things, and even worked for a short time as a computer systems administrator for Loop1. When she and Bill bought out Loop1’s partner in 2017, Marispy decided it was time to step into an expanded role leading marketing and operational initiatives and discovering process improvements. Marispy eventually wants to become the “hub of the human side” of Loop1. Unofficially, she fulfills multiple roles, including finding unexpected ways to boost employee happiness. She’s particularly interested in building upon the Loop1 Cares program, which supports charitable causes important to employees.

In January 2024, Jason Henson became Loop1's President, bringing 14 years of client-focused experience. He previously led global teams in Remote Services, Engineering, and Presales, setting high standards in consultation, recruitment, and training. Under his leadership, SolarWinds services and training flourished, with a focus on efficiency and growth. Jason advocated for industry concepts like Observability and the Loop1 Monitoring Maturity Model (L1M3). Before Loop1, he was a pivotal Sales Engineer at SolarWinds, contributing to its pre and post-IPO phases. His career began as a Network and Systems Engineer, amassing 8 years of management experience. With his purpose-driven approach, Jason is poised to steer Loop1 towards continued success in providing innovative IT Operations Management solutions globally.

Jordan Tata is the Chief Operating Officer at Loop1, where he leverages his extensive experience in sales, business development, and operations to drive growth and optimize revenue streams. In this role, Jordan is focused on aligning Loop1’s sales strategies with its long-term business goals, ensuring the company delivers exceptional value to its clients worldwide. Before transitioning to the business world, Jordan had a successful career as a professional athlete, pitching in Major League Baseball for the Detroit Tigers. His experience as a major league pitcher instilled in him a strong work ethic, resilience, and a team-oriented mindset—qualities that he now brings to his role at Loop1. Jordan is passionate about leading teams to success, just as he did on the baseball field, and is committed to driving Loop1’s continued growth and innovation. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas. His unique background, combining high-level sports with business acumen, makes him an invaluable asset to Loop1, where he continues to lead with a commitment to excellence and a drive for achieving outstanding results.
