Before joining Loop1, I worked as a Senior Network Engineer. However, after being appointed as Manager of Network Operations, I was able to gain valuable experience and improve my skills significantly. Throughout my time at Loop1, I was able to achieve seven professional certifications, including Cisco CCNP and SolarWinds SCP. My certifications allowed me to tackle more advanced technical challenges. In addition, I built a team of nine SCP-certified engineers. Team productivity is maximized, and organizational politics are eliminated. As a result of my technical and managerial expertise, I was recently promoted to Head of Engineering for APJ. I appreciate Loop1's kindness and support. My career success has been attributed to their continued commitment to my growth.
I started my career with Loop1 in 2018. Since day one, I have been provided with many growth opportunities, starting as a Junior Accountant, to now being a Senior Staff Accountant. Loop1 has consistently paved the way for my success. I have had the privilege of working with many teams, each one unique in its own way, but all having their own group of experts that are willing to extend their knowledge. Loop1 is a global business that supports and celebrates cultural diversity in all of our regions, all over the world.

I have been working for Loop1 for a little over a year now, and I can say it has been without a doubt one of the best tech firms I've worked at so far. Other organizations should be looking to Loop1 for inspiration on how a company should be run. The culture, the people, and the work ethic is 100% legitimate. Communication with monthly All Hands meetings is great. Being transparent with the progress of the company from a sales perspective is really helpful too. I enjoy logging on to work each morning.
